He has also asked for the usual brief bilateral with Mr A Ng to be included in his programme and would like to include Francis Cornish in a Lunch/reception/dinner slot (as well as the suggested bilateral) if this can be fitted in with other commitments.

We wonder whether this visit would be a good time to arrange for a photo opportunity connected to the future British Consulate General - perhaps a visit to the Colvin House site? We would be grateful if you and BTC could consider this.
