SECRETARY OF STATE'S BILATERAL WITH NEW CANADIAN FOREIGN MINISTER, MR ANDRE OUELETT IN MARGINS OF ROME CSCE MEETING: TUESDAY 30 NOVEMBER

Deadline: COP Thursday 25 November

The Secretary of State will have his first meeting with the new Canadian Foreign Minister in the margins of the Rome CSCE meeting.

2. Canadian foreign policy in many areas remains vague. This meeting will explore Canadian thinking on the agenda items shown below.

I should be grateful if first named departments will coordinate a brief, consulting other departments as necessary. Your contributions should reach me by COP Thursday 25 November.
