The PUS will be paying a visit to Washington as above; to meet his newly confirmed opposite numbers.

Where a department is indicated, the PUS would be grateful for a short check-list of points to make, accompanied by the minimal, most recent and off-the-shelf, background material. Otherwise departments may submit short
points to make and background if there is anything specific they wish the PUS to raise. The deadline is Noon, Wednesday 16 June. I should be grateful if departments who wish to submit unsolicited briefing would let me know as soon as possible.
