A13 : The Governor is not exempt from other taxes
levied
under Hong Kong law or from normal Government fees and charges. Like Members of the consular corps he is however, exempt from the payment of duty on dubiable commodities. (If pressed, say that is is again line with the practice in other territories that the amounts involved are relatively small)
