Please refer to our Telno. 608 of 20 April 1993.

I enclose a copy of the signed Agreement for your information. We have handed over a note confirming that Hong Kong has completed its requirements for the entry into force of the Agreement (Article 14). The Malaysian side will let us have a corresponding note in May or June. The date of handover of their note will be the date of entry into force of the Agreement. We will keep you informed.
