The surrender
this Agreement may be
Party that:

any person sought under the terms of
refused if it appears to the requested
by reason
of the trivial nature of the offence

reason of the passage of time since the

made in good faith in the interests of justice:

because there exist valid humanitarian grounds,
it would, having regard to all the circumstances, be unjust or oppressive to return the person.

The requested Party may refuse surrender where the person sought has been finally acquitted or convicted in a third
jurisdiction for the same offence
which surrender is

and, if convicted, the sentence imposed has been fully
enforced or is no longer enforceable.
