Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for Foreign Commonwealth Affairs presents his compliments to the

Secretary-General of the United Nations and, with

reference to the regulations to give effect to Article

102 of the Charter of the United Nations, has the honour

to transmit herewith a certified copy and two uncertified

copies of an Agreement between the Government of Hong

Kong and the Government of Australia concerning Air Services which was signed at Hong Kong on 15 September

1993.
