Bill or enactments referred to in clause 13 (6) will apply to

aircraft registered in Hong Kong wherever they may be and also to

persons in or the personnel of such aircraft wherever such persons

or personnel may be. (In other words it localises with the

necessary modifications section 59 of the 1949 Act as applied to

Hong Kong by paragraph 15 of the Schedule.)

Subclauses (1),

(2) and (3) localise section 61 of the 1949 Act as applied to Hong

Kong by paragraph 17 of the Schedule.
