Under paragraph 2 of the Schedule to the Merchant Shipping (Liner Conferences) (Hong Kong) (Amendment) Order 1990, I appoint 6 April 1990 as the day on which the amendments to the Merchant Shipping (Liner Conferences) Act 1982 specified in that Schedule shall come into force.
