MERCHANT SHIPPING (LINER CONFERENCES, ACT 1982 (COMMENCEMENT) NOTICE 1985

In exercise of the power conferred by section 15(2) of the Merchant Shipping (Liner Conferences) Act 1982, as adapted for, and extended to. Hong Kong by the Merchant Shipping (Liner Conferences) (Hong Kong) Order 1985, I hereby appoint 28 December 1985 as the day on which that Act, as so adapted and extended, shall come into force in Hong Kong.
