On Article VIII, Mrs Evans has, as requested, put together a draft of a more comprehensive Article on confidentiality. This would have consequentials for other parts of the Treaty (ie Article IV(1)(g) and V(3)). Mrs Evans is sending this draft to Shelagh Brooks direct.
