ÁRTICLE 14

Consultation

One Contracting Party may at any time request consultations on the implementation, interpretation, application or amendment of this Agreement []. Such consultations, which may be between the aeronautical authorities of the Contracting Parties, shall begin within 60 days from the date the other Contracting Party receives such a request in writing, unless otherwise agreed by the Contracting Parties.
