Proceeds or instruments confiscated pursuant to this Agreement shall be
retained by the Requested Party unless otherwise agreed upon between the Parties.
(5)
Requests under paragraphs (2) and (3) of this Article shall be governed by the
provisions set out in the Annex to this Agreement which shall be an integral part of this
Agreement. [Either Party may inform the other of changes to its requirements as set out in

ARTICLE XX
SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
Any dispute arising out of the interpretation, application or implementation of this Agreement
shall be resolved through diplomatic channels if the Central Authorities are themselves unable
to reach agreement.
ARTICLE XXI
APPLICATION OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement shall apply:
(1)
in relation to the United Kingdom:
(a)
to England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland; and
(b)
to the Isle of Man, any of the Channel Islands and to any other territory for
whose international relations the United Kingdom is responsible and to which
this Agreement shall have been extended by agreement between the Parties,
subject to any technical modifications agreed by the Parties and to either Party
