1. Further to our telephone conversation of yesterday, I am writing to confirm that a preliminary meeting on the above subject will be held on Monday 29 November at 10.30am in Room K211.

The date of the negotiations with the Hong Kong delegation has now been finalised, and will be Friday 10 December.
