Education Scholarships Fund ordinance (Cap. 1085).

Ordinance provides for the establishment and management of a

fund for the purpose of awarding scholarships to students. The British side proposes to adapt it as follows

(a) delete section 10 (4) which refers to the Crown Agents;

(b)

replace 'Her Majesty

'Her Majesty the Queen,

the Queen, Her Heirs or Successors'

by the Government' in section 22;

(c)

replace 'Governor' by 'Chief Executive' in sections 5,

7(1) and 9;

(a) replace 'Chief Secretary' by 'Administrative Secretary' in

section 6 (2);
