Marriage Reform Ordinance (Cap.
(Cap. 178). This is concerned with customary marriages, concubinage and other forms of marriage outside the scope of the Marriage Ordinance. The British side proposes to adapt it as follows

22;
(b) replace 'Governor' by 'Chief Executive in Council' in
section 24;
(c)
in the English text, replace the Colony' by 'Hong Kong' in section 2;
