Hong Kong have now considered our comments on the latest batch of adaptation papers (my letter of 8 September attached). The attached letter from Jennie Chok answers the questions we raised and explains Hong Kong's thinking. I have highlighted the three sections of the adaptation papers which have now been amended, and I attach the original versions of the papers for comparison. I also attach your minute of 7 September.

I would be grateful for any comments you may have by 29 September.
