Authentication
Documents
accompanying a request for surrender
shall be admitted in evidence if duly authenticated. A document is duly authenticated if it purports to be:
(a)
signed or certified by a judge, magistrate
or an official of the requesting Party; and
(b) sealed
with the official seal of the
competent authority of the requesting Party.
