AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF HONG KONG

AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY

FOR THE SURRENDER OF FUGITIVE OFFENDERS

The Government of Hong Kong, having

been duly authorised to conclude

this Agreement by the sovereign government

which is responsible for its foreign affairs,

and

the [Government of the] Federal Republic

of Germany,

(hereinafter called "the Parties"),

Desiring to make provision for the reciprocal

surrender of fugitive offenders;

Have agreed as follows:
