previously (excluding

general holidays); or

which is prohibited

under section 9 or 14,

commits an offence and is liable to a fine of

$5,000 and to imprisonment for 12 months.

(1A) Any person who without reasonable

excuse contravenes section 11(4) or 15(4) commits

an offence and is liable to a fine of $5,000 and

to imprisonment for 12 months.";

(b) by repealing subsection (4).

10. Proof

Section 17F is amended

(a)

in paragraph (a), by adding "or 14" after "section 9";

(b) in paragraph (b), by adding "or 15 (2)" after "section

(c)

11(2)"; and

by repealing paragraphs (c) and (d).

11. Delegation of powers

Section 52 (a) is amended by repealing "section 4, 6, 9, 11, 13

or 14" and substituting "section 6, 9, 11, 14 or 15".
