DEPENDENT TERRITORY REPORTS UNDER ARTICLES 10-15 OF THE INTERNATIONAL COVENANT ON ECONOMIC, SOCIAL AND CULTURAL

RIGHTS (ICESCR)

1. In the process of examining the above reports before they are submitted to the UN Secretariat, Mr Henry Steel, the Consultant on Dependent Territory reporting obligations under international human rights instruments, has come up with the following questions which need to be answered before the reports can be submitted:
