HONG KONG REPORT 1993 UNDER ARTICLES 10-15 OF THE ICESCR

1. UND have asked us to clarify one point regarding the above report: they wish to know whether the Visual Arts Centre opened in 1992. I would be grateful for a reply by Friday 23 April to meet their deadline.

2.

They have also asked for copies of all the laws on the following page, as these will have to be forwarded to the UN Secretariat after the submission of the report. They need to have these copies by Monday 10 May at the latest. Again, I would be grateful if these could be sent by bag to reach us by that date.

3. I hope you had a good time in London: I certainly enjoyed the rest of my time in Hong Kong!* But now it's back to the grindstone...
