You may find it useful to know that, at this stage, we expect to recommend only that a Minister attends for a couple of days of the conference. Our Austrian hosts would obviously like as high a level of attendance as possible (even head of state level has been mentioned!), but as of now I could not even justify the presence of the Secretary of State.
