1. I can confirm that the UK is not preparing a "National Review" ahead of the WCHR, and that we are happy with your proposed reply. Such reviews have not been requested by the Conference organisers. Indeed Human Rights Policy Department (no longer a Unit) is unaware of any letter from Amnesty at this end, although it may well have gone to another Department e.g. the Home Office.
