UK in a final intervention, again supported, stressed that in talking to the media and representatives of families of the victims, and in drafting a Press release, the Secretariat and others should be clear that the Council had NOT endorsed the Report's conclusions and recommendations. Those judgements were for others to make, based on the facts set out in the Report.
