As regards the nationality of the Hong Kong victims, 8 of them were BDTCs, and 4 others were holders of Hong Kong certificate of identity. We are not certain about the kind of travel document held by the remaining victim Mr Sangi Lim. We have no record of his travel document and we have lost trace of his next-of-kins due to long lapse of time.
