Thank you for your faxed letter of 12 February. passed the information to our Immigration Department who will send out the relevant American papers to the Hong Kong families to seek their views on the subject. We shall try our best to give you some feed-back before the Moscow meeting on 24-25 February. We envisage we shall follow in general the UK line and assist to collate and reflect to you the views of the Hong Kong families.
