HONG KONG/INDONESIA AIR SERVICES AGREEMENT

1. I enclose a copy of a self-explanatory letter from the Embassy in Jakarta, which forwards a (rather disobligingly couched) Note from the Indonesian Foreign Ministry contesting our view of the status of the document of 11 September 1991. Their Note proposes a compromise formulation, and I should be grateful to know your reaction to it, and for advice on what reply should be sent to the Embassy.
