exceptionally, to allow MAI to operate to Hong Kong in accordance with a temporary operating permit granted by the Hong Kong authorities. The permission would continue until the end of the Summer season on 31 October 1993 to allow time for a new Myanmar Hong Kong ASA to be agreed and the position to be regularised.
6. This is, however, without prejudice to Her Majesty's Government's position as regards services after that date or should you seek to designate MAI for the purpose of operating services to or from the United Kingdom.
