I wish to acknowledge receipt of your letter Ref. 178/106E/74B of

5 March 1993, together with copies of the Agreement (with Annex) between the Government of Hong Kong and the Swiss Federal Council concerning Air Services, signed at Hong Kong on 26 January 1988, together with an entrustment of authority document from the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland dated 7 January 1988.

The above-mentioned Agreement has been registered with ICAO under No. 3780, and I am pleased to send you herewith the corresponding Certificate of Registration No. 3006.

I should be grateful if, in due course and to complete our records, you would kindly inform me of the date of entry into force of the aforesaid Agreement in accordance with Article 21 thereof.
