I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT the document hereto

annexed contained a true and complete copy of an Agreement between the Government of Hong Kong (under an entrustment of authority from the United Kingdom Government) and the Swiss Federal Council concerning Air Services, signed at Hong Kong on 26 January 1988 and that the document includes all reservations and declarations made by the parties thereto.

I FURTHER CERTIFY THAT the Agreement came into force on 1 February 1993 in accordance with the provisions of Article 21 thereof.
