(c) Article 15: User Charges

The Thai delegation explained that in Thailand,

the airlines were not consulted before any changes

were made to user charges. At the request of the

Thai delegation, both sides therefore agreed to

delete the provision usually found in other Hong

Kong ASAS for consultation between the competent

charging authorities and the affected airlines.
