(5) When seizure of safety of

an

incident

or

threat of an incident of unlawful civil aircraft or other unlawful acts against the such aircraft, their passengers and crew, airports ОГ air navigation facilities occurs, each Contracting Party shall assist the other Contracting Party by facilitating communications and other appropriate measures intended to terminate rapidly and safely such incident or threat thereof.
