the Ambassador and myself on 11. 3. 93.

Time spent 1 hour.

The first time Cathay Pacific/Dragon Air visited Cambodia was

12 June 1992.

3.

Mr. Swire and Ms. Ho were in Phnom Penh to finalize

details

of a direct air link between Phnom Penh and Hong Kong. Dragon

Air would fly twice a week and so would Kampuchea Air.

4.

If agreement on detail can be reached quickly, Kampuchea Air

is to start their service on 8 April and Dragon Air on 1 May 93.
