1. The proposed dates and fallback in para 3A and B of TUR for the two separate meetings are acceptable to us. As regards the drafting group meeting, we have a slight preference for it to be held in HK. A meeting early rather than later in Jan 94 would also have the advantage of allowing more time for any necessary paper work or further consideration of the UK/HKSAR ASA to be completed before we meet again in mid-Feb or late-Jan to tie up the Loose ends.
