HONG KONG: LOCALISATION OF LAWS: INTERNATIONAL CONVENTIONS ON AVIATION SECURITY

I attach Hong Kong telno 594 on the above subject and the five consultation papers to which it refers. Jill Barrett has examined and approved the five papers prepared by Hong Kong, but there remains one question which I think falls within your area of expertise. This question is contained in paragraph 4 of TUR: are there any further extradition orders which have been proposed or enacted in the areas of conventions (B) to (E)? If so, Hong Kong will need to amend their papers accordingly before passing them to the Chinese.
