INSTRUCTIONS

1) Unscrew cap and screw in dome-

shaped chamber without delay.

2) Record date and time.

3) After 3 months have elapsed,

unscrew dome-shaped chamber and screw cap in.

4) Record date and time.

5) Complete information sheet by

filling in the blanks and ticking the appropriate words. 6) Place the capped detector, the dome-shaped chamber and the information sheet inside zip- lock bag and return to C.K. Man, GH632 as soon as possible.

CAUTIONS

1) DO NOT touch or contaminate the

silvery surface of the detector. 2) DO NOT drop the detector. 3) Be sure that the small opening

of the dome-shaped chamber is exposed to air (if enclosed in plastic bag when hanging outdoor)
