I have the honour to call to the attention of the Government of Hong Kong the Final Report of Mr. Friedrich Steinhäusler, who served as IAEA expert under the project HOK/9/003: "Radon Survey in the Hong Kong Area" from 15 February to 1 March 1993. Copies of the report (IAEA-RU-3639) are also being sent to the Technical Co-operation Liaison Officer, Ms. Adeline Wong, Secretary for Economic Services, Government Secretariat, and the Project Counterpart via the Liaison Officer.

The report is submitted herewith, and I look forward to receiving your views and proposals, if any, concerning the recommendations contained in the report.
