Counter-proposal put forward by Hong Kong side in the course of the sixth round
The information provided by Guangdong authorities (pursuant to this MOU) may be used by the Hong Kong authorities to enable those authorities to carry out their responsibilities for the safety and health of the Hong Kong people. The Hong Kong authorities will act at all times prudently and responsibly with regard to such information.
