Agreement of the Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station and Guangdong authorities to notify Hong Kong immediately and directly of the details of all Standby, Plant, On-site and Off-site Emergencies as soon as they occur, including their level on the International Nuclear Event Scale and the details of the source terms of any release of radioactivity;

Comprehensive monitoring of, and sharing and mutuel exchange of information on, the meteorological conditions and radiological levels in the environment, including the atmosphere, sea, water and earth, on an on-going basis and in real time, in the Daya Bay, Shenzhen and Hong Kong areas;

Agreement of the Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station and Guangdong authorities to link the Hong Kong Government to the Station's Safety and Alarm Monitoring System;

Agreement of the Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station and Guangdong authorities to notify the Hong Kong Government immediately and directly on an ongoing basis of the details of the engineering conditions, operating parameters and overall status of the reactors and of any events which may give rise to concern or comment by the public or the media, even if they are part of the normal operations of the Power Station and do not involve any malfunctions or accidents;

Agreement to respond immediately to queries and requests from Hong Kong for more information with respect to any matter relating to Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station, including points (4) to (7) above in particular;
