IAEA BOARD OF GOVERNORS : DAYA BAY

We spoke on Friday about Dr Walker's visit to Vienna last week.

Dr Walker did not meet with the Chinese Governor at the Board but spoke instead to the Chinese ambassador and handed on the note provided (copy attached). The ambassador was aware of the issue and of the note already handed to the Chinese by the Hong Kong authorities. He agreed to pass on our own note.
