HONG KONG/DENMARK DRAFT IPPA:

DANISH SIDE'S RESPONSE TO EARLIER COMMENTS

(Letter of 21 June 1993 from Royal Danish Consulate General,

Hong Kong, to Secretary for Trade and Industry)

The proposed adjustments described in the letter will all be acceptable. We presume that in Article 5(2), in addition to the change proposed, there will be a corresponding adjustment in line 6 of the Danish text: ".... aktionærer eller andelshavere fra den

anden kontraherende part

We note that the Danish side would prefer to retain the reference to "Article" rather than "paragraph" in Article 4(1) and (2). This is not likely to have any practical disadvantage for the Hong Kong

side.

We have no further comment to make.
