Boundaries Talks with Guangdong

We have been negotiating a boundary of administration

We should continue with our objective of nagetiuti non-binding administrative boundary with Guangdong, but subsequently legislate to bring Hong Kong's boundary, as provided for by law, in line with what is agreed in practice vitr Guangdeng.
