AMENDMENT TO THE SCHEDULE TO THE TRADE MARKS ORDINANCE

1.

You may recall that in July you advised me on proposals by the Hong Kong Government to amend the the Schedule to the Trade Marks Ordinance. We have now received a further letter from the Hong Kong Government. They have received a WIPO notice advising them of the Republic of Macedonia's accession to the Paris Convention and would like to include it in the current amendment exercise.
