Thank you for your letter of 26 August.

Despite the title in the WIPO Notice and the informality of titles of other states, our Legal Counsellor has advised that you should use the title "The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia" when amending the Schedule to the Trade Marks Ordinance. This is in fact its title in the United Nations (and reflects Greek sensitivities about the use of the name Macedonia).
