Regarding the country name of "the Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia" as given in your letter of 17 September, I should be grateful if you would clarify whether the first letter of the word "former" should be in uppercase or lowercase. I have received another advice from your office (copy attached), as opposed to yours, suggesting a capital letter.
