FOR THE PROTECTION OF INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

Declaration by the Republic of Moldova

The Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and has the honor to notify him of the deposit, on June 3, 1993, by the Government of the Republic of Moldova, of a declaration that the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property, of March 20, 1883, as revised at Stockholm on July 14, 1967, and amended on September 28, 1979, continues to be applicable in respect of the Republic of Moldova.

The Republic of Moldova will belong to class VII for the purpose of establishing its contribution towards the budget of the Paris Union.
