Nicholas Ng, the Hong Kong Secretary-Designate for Constitutional Affairs, will be attending the forthcoming JLG meeting as an observer. He has expressed a wish to meet Mr Goodlad during the week 6-10 December. He will be in meetings every morning from 7-9 December, and at lunchtime on 7 December, but will be otherwise free. I would be grateful if you could let me know if the Minister will see Mr Ng and, if so, when.
