The above PRC diplomats, Chinese representatives of the Sino-British Joint Liaison Group, will attend the Joint Liaison Group Meeting XXVIII held in London from Dec 7 to 9.

Their UK visa applications were referred on nationality ground by telegram on 1.12.93. to MVD for approval. As subjects are leaving Hong Kong on Saturday, 4.12.93, we have requested MVD to let us have their authority to issue 'Diplomatic' visas by 0900 hours on Friday, 3.12.93 (Hong Kong time).
