SINO-BRITISH JOINT LIAISON GROUP MEETING XXVIII 7-9 DECEMBER: ROOM PLAN FOR CONFERENCE ROOM

1.

I should be grateful if you could ensure that the Locarno Conference Room is laid out as indicated below by 2 pm on Monday 6 December and 8.30am on 7, 8 & December. I spoke to Dudley Crossland about the speaker system; we would like two microphones in the centre of each side of the main conference table. We shall need smaller tables seating five people on either side of the main table, and a table for drinks, etc at one side of the room.. I would be grateful if you could disconnect all but one of the telephone lines, leaving X3823 in working order.

We have also booked the IOCC and K123. Could you arrange for these to be laid out with tables in the centre seating 17?

The delegations in both rooms will require blotters, water and glasses.
